CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event the participant can not attend, notification must be received 2 weeks prior to the scheduled clinic date.  If you cancel 2 weeks or less in advance of the clinic, you may use 50% of the deposit for a future clinic or Dana Hokana Merchandise and 50% will be non-refundable.   If you cancel 1 week or less in advance of the clinic, you may use 25% of the deposit for a future clinic or Dana Hokana Merchandise and 75% will be non-refundable.
